About the role

Prysmian Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, facilities, and reliability within the plant. You will maximize equipment uptime, manage budgets, and partner with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Finance to support safety, quality, and cost objectives. You will drive continuous improvement, develop team capabilities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while supervising a team of technicians and engineers.
