Client Care Representative At Mast Roofing & Construction, we help homeowners. How? By keeping a safe roof over their head and advising them about all aspects of the exterior of their home. We've been doing this for over 25 years, and we're really good at it. So, lots of people call us and we need help! We're looking for someone who: Likes to talk to people on the phone because it's an important way that we connect with our clients Has high attention to detail because our clients wouldn't like it if we show up at 4:00am instead of 4:00pmUnderstands the importance of constantly improving because we are doing just that. We are a growing company and expect you to grow along with us! Can be an influencer because we are not the only option a prospective client has Likes to follow a process because a well-thought-out process is what gets our client a great experience What would I be doing?
