About the role

Trex is seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead and develop the controls engineering department for our industrial processes. You will drive design, development, and maintenance of advanced control systems, aligning with Trex’s safety and innovation culture. You will oversee a team of engineers and technicians, set departmental goals, and collaborate with other departments to realize the strategic vision. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in controls design are required.
