Junior Logistics Operations Specialstbex is a digital logistics platform for the construction industry. We are active throughout Germany and are continuing to grow and expand. Would you like to be part of a dynamic company that is becoming the new standard for last-mile construction logistics? Then we need your support as a Junior Logistics Operations Specialst. The delivery on the last mile is one of the most important factors in the supply chain of the construction industry. As part of the Operations Control Center (OCC) team, you will ensure that the handling of deliveries runs smoothly, open questions are quickly resolved, and our service level delights our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Disposition of open delivery orders on our delivery partner network of over 250 delivery partners in Germany
Coordination and monitoring of time-critical deliveries on the last mile
Participation in the tendering of tours and charter requests in our delivery partner network
Close cooperation with our delivery partners to solve problems and build relationships

Qualifications:

Completed training in logistics or comparable studies 1-2 years of professional experience in disposition, operational transport control, etc.
Friendly demeanor and good communication with delivery partners and customers
Willingness to learn, hands-on mentality, and assertiveness
Experience in using logistics software
Fluent German in speech and writing, basic English knowledge
