MEPX, formerly known as Edwards Electrical & Mechanical, seeks a Director of Human Resources & Payroll to lead employment administration, payroll operations, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, and workforce documentation. Reporting to the Controller and collaborating with the President and People & Culture Manager, this role shapes policy, drives automation, and ensures accurate, timely HR and payroll processes across the company.
