About the role

Loft Orbital is seeking a Director of Embedded Systems & FPGA Engineering to shape the hardware and software foundations of its space platforms. You will own the ESW/FPGA roadmap, drive hardware‑abstraction, and enable teams to evolve across processors, FPGAs, OSes, and security boundaries. You’ll lead distributed engineers, set architecture standards, and collaborate with customers and partners on critical missions.
