About the role
Brightline Dealer Advisors seeks an Employee Benefits Onboarding Coordinator to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new benefits clients—from initial commitment to 90 days after the effective date. The role serves as the central project manager for onboarding, coordinating with client teams, HRIS, enrollment and partners, carriers, and internal staff to ensure a smooth transition for dealership HR and employees.
