About the role

The role focuses on recertifications, audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance across LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 programs while coordinating with third-party processors. The candidate will review data in Entrata/Yardi/Rent Café, prepare income certifications, train site teams, and assist with reporting and lease-up activities as needed.
