The Loader Operator position is critical as we build better communities. Here are some of the things the hot plant loader operator position will do: Ability to operate equipment productively, efficiently and safely Service and clean equipment as needed as well as perform pre and post trip inspections to ensure proper performance of the equipment Grease, oil, and perform minor equipment repairs and maintenance, using grease gun, oil cans, various hand tools, etc. Report when oil changes, maintenance, or repair work are due/required and assist as needed Be a great, reliable team member Additionally, we're looking for: Someone who can demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision Someone who likes working outdoorsMSHA training is preferred At least 1 year experience operating a loader is preferred Ability to sit or stand for long periods, lift, bend and other physical activity.
