About the role

About VestaVesta Digital Intelligence is a boutique consulting firm that implements Atlassian and Asana for mid-market and enterprise clients. Our work spans Jira and Jira Service Management, Atlassian Cloud migrations, ITSM architecture, Asana enterprise rollouts, and AI integration. We're a small, senior team, so the work is hands-on and your decisions shape how we deliver.
The role: The Consulting Lead runs day-to-day delivery alongside the CEO, leading client engagements while coordinating a team of consultants and subcontractors. This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Expect roughly 60-70% of your time on billable client work. The rest goes to staffing, delivery quality, and mentoring.
What you'll do: Lead client engagements end to end: discovery, design, build, and handoff. Coordinate delivery across our consultants and subcontractors, including assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and keeping projects on scope and on budget. Review requirements, designs, and configurations for quality before they reach the client. Coach consultants on technique, client communication, and best practices. Help scope new work and estimate hours alongside leadership. Help refine our delivery methodology and templates as we grow.
What we're looking for: We want a hands-on Atlassian or Asana expert with 5-10 years of experience who can lead projects and coordinate other consultants. Based in the United States and authorized to work here without sponsorship.5-10 years of professional experience, including consulting or client-facing delivery. Hands-on expertise in Atlassian (Jira, JSM, Confluence) or Asana. You need deep experience in at least one. Experience in both is a plus, and we'll help you build the other. Experience leading projects, and ideally some experience directing or mentoring other consultants. Strong client communication, from workshops to executive updates. Comfort being billable while also managing others. Curiosity and willingness to learn, including new platform features and AI tooling.

  • LocationVesta is remote-first and has no office. This role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel to meet clients or the team may come up, and we'll plan it well in advance.
Compensation and benefits:
  • Base salary is $115,000-$145,000, depending on experience.
