About the role
Account Manager | Full-Cycle SalesWaltre | Miami Beach, FL | On-site About WaltreWaltre is a real estate technology company building a commercial real estate marketplace designed to connect brokers, landlords, and tenants and make the process of finding and leasing commercial space easier. Founded by a former commercial real estate broker, Waltre was created to solve real pain points within the commercial leasing process. Now, the company is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join at an early stage and help build the sales function from the ground up. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a highly structured corporate sales role. You'll have the chance to help shape how Waltre sells, grows, and manages its customer relationships.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Account Manager who is excited to own the full customer lifecycle. This is a hands-on sales role. You'll prospect for new business, make outbound calls, conduct product demonstrations, close new accounts, and continue managing the relationships you build. Because Waltre is still growing, you won't be stepping into a rigid sales organization with multiple layers of SDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership, work directly alongside the founder, and help establish the processes that will support future growth.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and generate new business through outbound calling and targeted outreach
- Manage a high-volume outbound sales pipeline
- Connect with commercial real estate brokers, landlords, tenants, and other prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate Waltre's value
- Own opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and close
- Build and maintain relationships with customers after the sale
- Follow up with existing accounts and assist with customer needs as they arise
- Maintain an organized pipeline and customer information
- Learn the Waltre platform and become confident discussing its functionality and value
- Work directly with the founder to refine messaging, sales strategies, and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve Waltre's approach to prospecting, selling, and customer management
- Take initiative in an environment where not every process has already been built
What We're Looking For: You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have experience in sales, business development, account management, commercial real estate, SaaS, PropTech, or a related field
- Are comfortable with cold calling and proactive outbound prospecting
- Have the confidence to develop relationships and ask for the business
- Are motivated by goals, commissions, and the opportunity to grow your earnings
- Can work independently without needing constant direction
- Take initiative and are willing to test new approaches
- Are comfortable working in an early-stage environment where processes are still being developed
- Can manage both new-business development and ongoing customer relationships
- Are coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Want the opportunity to grow alongside a young company
- Commercial real estate or technology sales experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation & Opportunity
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 Uncapped commission
Equity opportunity Location & Schedule Miami Beach, FLTypical working hours are approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PMWhy Join Waltre? This isn't a role for someone looking for a large corporate organization with every process already established. It's an opportunity to get in early. You'll work directly alongside the founder, have a voice in how the sales organization develops, and have significant ownership over your accounts and results. As Waltre grows, there is an opportunity for this position to grow with it. If you're motivated by sales, ownership, financial upside, and building something from the beginning, we'd love to hear from you. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
