Sr. Construction PM | Developer/Owner | Detroit (relocation required) We are working with one of the top CRE developer/owners in the US, based in downtown Detroit, that is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help lead owner-side tenant improvements, interior buildouts, and tenant-facing project delivery for institutional-grade projects across their multimillion-square-foot portfolio. This is a high-visibility role, on a fast-paced team, that will cover everything from budgeting and project timelines, to subcontractor and vendor management, to bridging the gap between leasing and construction teams. Additionally, this focuses on both existing-space projects, new tenant buildouts, and works across the organization to get projects through the finish line.
