Earn $35–$45 per flagged hour plus quarterly profit sharing with consistent workflow, transparent dispatch, ongoing training, and no weekends. Technician LevelsC-Level Technician Brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, and light engine repair. Expected production: 30–40 flagged hours per week. B-Level TechnicianC-Level repairs plus diagnostics, engine performance, cooling systems, and moderate electrical work. Expected production: 35–45 flagged hours per week. A-Level Technician Advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, timing belts and chains, and major engine repair. Full-spectrum mechanical repair capability. Expected production: 40–50+ flagged hours per week.

Qualifications: 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred. Experience working on all makes and models. Diagnostic and repair skills appropriate to your technician level. ASE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain. Own tools required. Team-oriented and willing to continue technical training.

Compensation & Benefits: $35–$45 per flagged hour based on experience, skill level, and productivity. Quarterly profit sharing based on company performance.
