Employnet, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented SMT Operator to join our Reno manufacturing team. The role operates, monitors, and maintains SMT equipment to assemble PCBs, following IPC standards and production docs. The ideal candidate will have electronics manufacturing experience and a strong commitment to quality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. First and second shifts are available with competitive hourly wages and benefits.
