About the role

UC San Diego Health seeks a Weight Management Pharmacist II to provide specialized clinical and consultative support for obesity therapies in outpatient settings. You will collaborate with provider teams to initiate, optimize, and manage weight loss medications, and promote adherence and safety through patient outreach. You will also precept students and residents, educate clinical teams, and support quality improvement initiatives as directed by leadership.
