Join Our Growing Home Health Team! Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Chiropractors (DCs)to provide individualized, evidence-based chiropractic care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
Provide evidence-based chiropractic care, including spinal manipulation, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
Assess musculoskeletal conditions, posture, joint mobility, range of motion, and functional limitations.
Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, decrease pain, and enhance overall function.
Complete accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and caregivers on posture, body mechanics, stretching, strengthening, and injury prevention.
Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, patient progress, and clinical needs.
Qualifications:
- ActiveNew York State Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) License(Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experiencein Home Health, Outpatient, Rehabilitation, Orthopedic, or Private Practice preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
- Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation
- Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation
