YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN IN-HOUSE CONSTRUCTION LABORER This is a full-time position with a typical Monday through Friday schedule. Hours are generally 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, depending on project needs and job site schedules, and overtime opportunities are available. As an In-House Construction Laborer, you will perform framing, drywall installation and finishing, finish carpentry, and painting on residential remodeling projects throughout Northern Virginia. You will follow project plans and direction from supervisors while maintaining the company's quality craftsmanship standards. Throughout the day, you will help protect homeowners' property, keep job sites clean and organized, and coordinate with team members and other trades to keep projects moving efficiently. You will work safely while meeting project schedules and company expectations, treating homeowners and their homes with respect while contributing to exceptional remodeling experiences. As part of a steady in-house team, you will have opportunities to develop your skills across framing, drywall, carpentry, and painting while supporting projects that bring homeowners' visions to life. IN-HOUSE CONSTRUCTION LABORER REQUIREMENTSHands-on experience in framing, drywall, carpentry, painting, or residential construction Ability to perform physical work on active job sites Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Ability to follow project plans and supervisor direction Strong teamwork and coordination skills Dedication to maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites Professionalism and respect when working in homeowners' homes Eagerness to learn and grow skills across multiple trades
Preferred:
  • Experience across multiple trades, including framing, drywall, carpentry, and painting
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own basic hand tools
