SuperintendentWinslow, Sedona, Prescott, Phoenix, AZEmployment Type: Full-TimeReports To: Project Executive / Operations LeadershipSalary:Level III: $110,000 – $120,000ROLE OVERVIEW:We are seeking Superintendents at multiple experience levels to lead field executionon commercial construction projects. Superintendents are responsible for jobsite safety, schedule discipline, quality execution, subcontractor coordination, and professional jobsite standards.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (ALL LEVELS):Lead day-to-day jobsite execution in accordance with the company standardsOwn or support CPI schedule updates, look-aheads, and field coordinationEnforce safety policies, procedures, and jobsite cultureCoordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and sequencingMaintain accurate daily reports, photos, documentation, and closeout recordsEnsure quality control, punch list completion, and jobsite professionalismLEVEL OVERVIEW:Level III – SuperintendentIndependently runs day-to-day field operations with full responsibility for safety, schedule execution, quality, and closeoutQUALIFICATIONS:Commercial construction field experience appropriate to levelStrong understanding of safety requirements, sequencing, and quality controlAbility to lead subcontractors and enforce jobsite standardsWorking knowledge of scheduling tools and field reporting systemsPreferred Qualifications:OSHA 30 certification (required for most levels or ability to obtain)Experience with TI, occupied environments, or fast-track projectsLeadership or mentoring experience (senior levels)BENEFITS:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysVehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement (role dependent)Career development within a structured Superintendent progressionWORK ENVIRONMENT:Full-time jobsite-based roleOutdoor work in varying conditionsLocal travel between project sites as requiredEqual Opportunity Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer.
