Business AnalystScope of services:Define/document business processes and SOPs.Prepare training materials and user manuals.Conduct meetings and analyze business integration with tech.Develop project plans, technical specs, and cost-benefit analysis.Mandatory expertise:3+ years in document management or information governance.3+ years gathering/documenting business requirements.Desirable expertise:Experience with DPS workflows, IBM Content Manager, and Kofax.Experience analyzing document management migrations.Strong data analysis for decision-making support.***Lumen and/or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment.
