Job Description
Job Duties:
  • Receive incoming customer equipment, verify contents against paperwork, and log items accurately into the system.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, and document and report any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and package calibrated equipment for outgoing shipments, making sure all items are properly labeled, documented, and securely packed.
  • Perform routine quality control checks before shipment or delivery and confirm that all calibration documentation is included.
  • Deliver and pick up customer equipment using company vehicles, following scheduled routes and handling items with care.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact with customers during deliveries and pickups, obtaining signatures and confirming receipt.
  • Keep accurate records of shipping, receiving, and delivery activity, including shipment logs, delivery confirmations, inventory counts, and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to make sure orders, returns, and deliveries are processed on time and accurately.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams to track shipments and resolve shipping, receiving, or delivery issues.
  • Operate company vehicles and material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks and hand trucks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Help keep the warehouse and company vehicles clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. Works well with others and communicates clearly with coworkers and customers. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when out on deliveries. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional, courteous demeanor when representing the company at customer sites. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods. Basic computer skills for logging shipments and maintaining records.
