About the role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to start conversations with finance and procurement leaders at large enterprises and build a pipeline that translates into real revenue.
What you’ll do:
- Research target accounts and the finance and procurement leaders inside them
- Run personalized outreach sequences comprising of email, linked in and cold calling
- Use buying signals to decide who to contact and what to say
- Book qualified first meetings and hand each one off with the context the seller needs
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Bring what you hear on calls back to sales and marketing so our messaging and targeting keep improving
- Hit monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline
- What you’ll bring1 to 3 years of B2B sales development experience, ideally selling software to enterprise companies
- Comfort on the phone with senior people, including cold calls to CFOs and procurement leaders
- Short, plain writing that reads like a person wrote itCuriosity about how large companies make and lose money, and the patience to understand a prospect’s business before you pitch
- The ability to explain what Rivvun does in terms that make sense to the person you’re speaking with
- Reliable follow-through with prospects and with the team
- Based in the US and authorized to work here
Nice to have:
- Experience selling to finance or procurement teams
- Familiarity with procure-to-pay or order-to-cash processes and the ERP and contract systems behind them
- Experience at an early-stage startup
