Our client is a leading Global Investment firm who is looking to add a talented Regulatory Reporting specialist to their growing Compliance team.
About the Role:
The Regulatory Reporting specialist will support the firm’s growing Compliance team by preparing and submitting regulatory filings, managing data from multiple internal sources, building and documenting reporting processes, tracking regulatory changes across regions, and strengthening controls around derivatives transaction reporting.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit regulatory filings on behalf of the firm and its funds across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles Gather and reconcile data from multiple internal sources, then package it to meet each regulator's specification Build and document the processes behind current filing obligations, and stand up new ones as the firm's regulatory footprint expands Track regulatory change across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, translate new requirements into practical operational steps, and brief the teams affected Strengthen the reconciliation and control layer around derivatives transaction reporting Qualifications 4 - 10 years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
Experience with Form ADV and Form PFWorking knowledge of complex derivatives and how they're captured in regulatory data Strong Excel and market data terminal skills
Preferred Skills: SQL or Python is a meaningful plus
