Voluntary Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (Ad&D) Critical Illness Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance Accident Insurance Short-term & Long-term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Program What Youll DoMaintain a clean, orderly, and sanitary environment throughout the facility Clean resident rooms, restrooms, offices, lounges, hallways, therapy areas, and common spaces Perform emergency cleaning as needed Dust, disinfect, and polish surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and equipment Sweep, mop, disinfect, and maintain floors; assist with carpet cleaning and floor care Replace light bulbs, clean vents, remove lint from dryers, and support basic maintenance tasks Keep outdoor areas tidy, including entrances, patios, and walkways Replenish soap, towels, and other supplies Assist with room readiness for new admissions and discharges Follow infection-prevention procedures, including cleaning isolation rooms Ensure equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored and maintained Respond to environmental service requests from residents and staff with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks safely
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
