About the role

Abrazo West Campus seeks an experienced healthcare professional for the Inpatient Rehabilitation program. You will respond to pre-admission screenings, assist with data entry, and generate monthly trend reports in collaboration with the PM&R team. The role reports to the Program Director and requires a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation, RN or equivalent licensure, and travel as needed within Phoenix metro area.
