Managing utility service design projects from initiation through billing, the contract Designer will coordinate customer communications, complete design work in Smallworld GIS, and support field crews while maintaining organization across multiple projects in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilitiesReview customer notifications in SAP and gather requirements through direct communication Complete utility design work in Smallworld GIS and create work orders in SAP Coordinate with field crews and support them during project execution while finalizing billing based on as-built diagramsRequired qualificationsExperience with SAP and GIS software Background in customer service, construction, or technical coordination Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with AutoCAD and utility industry exposure Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a collaborative environment
