Who we are looking for
Do you enjoy analyzing financial data, understanding how companies operate, and ensuring everything is accurate and compliant?
Graduated with a degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel .
Results-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven.
Able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team , with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks with a flexible, motivated, and proactive mindset.
Very good written and spoken English.
Knowledge of the Italian language is considered preferential, Italian language courses will be offered.
Your future role
As an Audit Support Junior Analyst, you will:
Build working relationships with clients’ personnel and perform analytical reviews of accounting and tax documents.
Review clients’ accounts, operating procedures, and internal control systems.
Perform compliance controls at the highest standard level, meeting client expectations.
Carry out quarterly reviews of ordinary accounting activities (verifiche trimestrali) in support of audit controls.
Prepare outputs and documentation supporting Deloitte’s reviews.
Provide recommendations to improve company controls and efficiency.
Ensure all activities are completed on time and in line with the work plan.
The scope of the role is focused on accounting and tax, in accordance with Italian regulations.
