About the role

At Atlassian, you’ll lead high‑impact incident response work in a complex cloud environment, shaping how we respond to security events at scale. You’ll coordinate major incidents, drive containment and recovery, and manage a team of 5–8 in the US region, partnering across Legal, Crisis Communications, and senior leadership. You’ll coach responders, improve investigations, and advance playbooks and tooling. Experience with AI-enabled security workflows and executive communication is highly valued.
