About the role
Managing a portfolio of 4-6 fashion and apparel accounts, the full-time Fashion Marketing Account Director will optimize client growth through strategic marketing initiatives, leveraging proprietary technology and coordinating cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Run quarterly reviews to diagnose growth constraints and connect creative decisions to business outcomes
Consult on customer retention strategies and manage account renewals to drive revenue growth
Required qualifications
6+ years in fashion or apparel marketing, either agency or brand side
Fluent in the influencer and UGC ecosystem with experience in DTC-first brands
Comfortable with Meta-heavy media mixes and measurement challenges
Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts
Understanding of fashion business fundamentals, including pricing strategy and multi-channel distribution
