Linikids GmbH sucht Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) für die außerklinische Intensivpflege von Kindern und Jugendlichen im häuslichen Umfeld im Saarland. Es wird eine 1:1-Betreuung der kleinen Patientin in Früh- und Nachtdiensten angeboten. Zu den Aufgaben gehören Grund- und Behandlungspflege, Vitalzeichen-Überwachung, Dokumentation und enge Abstimmung mit Angehörigen sowie dem therapeutischen Team. Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit umfassender Einarbeitung erwartet dich.
