This is a pre-sales role in which you work alongside and support Sales, Consulting and Client Success organizations to service our clients. You'll work with clients' business and technical teams, and with Ensono's internal teams to create winning solutions. To that end, Enterprise Architects must be effective in fostering senior management and executive level relationships with an emphasis on client satisfaction. Throughout the engagement process, from discovery to solution implementation, ESAs must work with and often lead multi-disciplinary teams. You will also lead the solution hand-over for delivery into internal delivery and ops teams. Ultimately, he/she remains the owner of the overall technical solution.Support strategic pursuits as the Lead Solution Architect for all initiatives (multi-tower)Collaborate with counterparts in the Sales, Consulting and Delivery organizations to create Pursuit, Solution, Sales and Delivery strategies for Enterprise ClientsConduct discovery, assessment and solution development workshops (often in collaboration with resources from consulting, operations and product teams) to craft winning solutionsDevelop and document solutions that meet client's (technical and business) requirements and allow them to adapt to changing industry needs with a focus on transformation and re-platform effortsCreate win-win solutions for both client and Ensono as part of the deal qualification, pursuit, and execution processAid in driving stability and innovation within the client's current and future state and create solutions based on client requirements and available product offeringsPush for higher value/value added services and solutions in line with Ensono's offeringsPresent technical solutions and business cases to a wide variety of internal and external audienceGain clients' confidence as a trusted advisor by offering consultation and recommendations drawn from insights, technology know-how and past experiencesWork with finance and pricing teams to create simple pricing to multi-year pro-forma modelsHelp build the commercial construct and pricing for IT outsourcing, and large managed services dealsAlign and partner with Product Management to help drive appropriate product enhancements and changes to technology roadmapWork with Finance, Product, Operations, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to deliver client proposals and contract materials (MSA review, SOW development and redlining, etc.)Draft and negotiate SOW, contracts, and sub-contract agreements, ensuring T&Cs alignment and risk mitigationParticipate in deal reviews and advise Ensono senior management team regarding technical, commercial and competitive aspectsProvide post-close consulting, knowledge transfer, and deal documentation to ensure smooth internal transition for transition, delivery, operations, and billingParticipate in Industry Conferences and Consulting ReviewsWe want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. If you do not meet all of the Preferred Qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.What You Will Need:Experience in a pre-sales Solution Engineer or Architect role at a service provider with managed services, infrastructure, data center and transformation solutionsSuccessfully concluded at least 10+ IT Outsourcing, Cloud, Managed Services, or transformation deals of $50M TCV or greaterComplete understanding of the sales process for complex technical solution selling including ITO dealsStrong understanding of Financial, Negotiation and Contractual issues and regulations in IT outsourcing dealsStrong analytical and reasoning skills related to technical, contractual and financial issuesBroad technical knowledge in data center, hosting, and hybrid cloud technologiesWell versed in the hosting technology landscape including compute, storage, backup, network, security, End User Services, BC/DR, DevOps and IT governanceExperience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid solutions preferredDeep understanding of IT services outsourcing solutionsExperience working with Public Sector customers along with understanding the challenges of solutioning within the unique needs of SLED (Federal compliance frameworks, DoD impact levels, Pub1075 for example) will make you stand out from others.Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.Experience in technical documentation to capture solution components in a timely manner while ensuring acceptable level of detail, data integrity, and accountabilityAbility to share knowledge and expertise among various organizations within the company and to facilitate teamwork among those organizations to better serve our clientsAbility to manage periods of high project demand, short deadlines and operate under pressureSkills and Key AttributesStrong presentation, communication, and influencing skills at a C-levelIndependent, Self-directed, Results orientedStrong empathy, self-awareness and interpersonal skillsBusiness and customer-oriented player with strong team orientationEducation and Experience15+ years of experience with at least 10+ years with a service provider and/or cloud MSPBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or other technical disciplinesMajor Industry accreditations / certifications a plusTravelTravel to various Ensono locations and client sites will be required. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
