Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Treatment Coordinator for a top orthodontic healthcare client. This individual will own the patient consultation experience from initial greeting through treatment presentation and close. They will play a critical role in helping patients understand their treatment options, discussing financial plans, and creating a positive experience that drives same-day starts. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, highly personable, comfortable discussing finances, and energized by building relationships with patients. Candidates with backgrounds in orthodontics, healthcare, hospitality, or sales who thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment are encouraged to apply.
