About the role

Active Treatment FacilitatorThe Active Treatment Facilitator (ATF) works under the direction of a Registered Nurse assisting with client goals and interventions listed in clients' recovery plans. The ATF also provides therapeutic activities on the unit and assists with ADL's such as bathing, dressing, and room clean up. The ATF also participates in crisis prevention and intervention with clients experiencing acute or chronic disabilities including one or multiple physical, mental, developmental disorders in a psychiatric setting.
