About the role
Birdy Grey seeks a VP of Digital Product to lead the Digital Product organization, overseeing Product Management, Product Design, Site Merchandising, and Web Operations. You will own the core shopping experience: set the strategy, write requirements, and drive delivery with Engineering Management.
Reporting to the CEO, you will build a high-performing team, partner with Marketing and Merchandising, and own the store’s commercial performance while championing personalization and AI-enabled
