About the role
To support the development of AI agents in CAD environments, the part-time Freelance Mechanical CAD & Simulation Engineer will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and evaluate AI performance while collaborating with CFD engineers remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Design part geometry and build reference solutions for AI training
Evaluate AI agents' attempts based on engineering tasks
Collaborate with CFD engineers to ensure accurate simulations of the created geometryRequired qualificationsDegree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD is a plus
5+ years of hands-on CAD modeling experience (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar)
Active professional CAD license is required
Familiarity with Python and GitHub
English proficiency at B2 level or above
