About the role
NeoLife, a world-wide nutrition company, seeks a Facilities Manager to lead safe, compliant operation of the Hayward, California plant. You will direct maintenance, utilities, and environmental health/safety programs, supervise staff, manage contractors, and ensure readiness for GMP and regulatory requirements.
You will coordinate repairs, budgeting, and capital projects while maintaining equipment and facilities to support manufacturing operations.
