The Opportunity As a Phoenix - DAT - Intern, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment, gaining exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies within our Assurance practice. You will support teams by participating in projects, conducting research, and performing basic tasks that contribute to the team's success. This role offers a unique opportunity to observe professional work environments and develop your personal brand. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will support teams with basic tasks, observe and learn from experienced professionals, and participate in projects. This role emphasizes the importance of adopting a learning mindset and taking ownership of your development. You will be encouraged to actively listen, ask questions, and clearly express ideas, all while appreciating diverse perspectives. In this role, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting different challenges and scope. Responsibilities Supporting audit teams in conducting independent evaluations of financial reporting
Participating in the application of auditing methodologies to enhance transparency and compliance
Assisting in the assessment of internal controls and governance frameworks
Engaging in the process of data validation to maintain data quality and reliability
Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain insights into regulatory requirements
Contributing to the development of cloud engineering solutions for business challenges
Applying active listening skills to understand and respond to team and client needs
Collaborating with teams to implement compliance auditing processes
Gathering information to analyze facts and discern patterns in financial data
Taking initiative to learn and apply professional and technical standards
What You Must Have Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
At least a 3.0 overall GPA
Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
Client service intern positions are considered entry‑level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four‑year degree program or fourth year of a five‑year program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
