Location: Pearl City, HI Pay Rate: $20-21/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Interview: Onsite Interview Required Global Transportation organization seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a dynamic transportation and logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, administrative support, and working collaboratively across multiple departments.
Must haves: 1-2 years previous office or administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service focused with excellent attention to detail🔹 Dependable and professional team player🔹 Strong time management and organizational abilities🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills🔹 Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines🔹 Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Responsibilities Include: ✅ Monitoring and responding to customer emails✅ Answering and directing incoming phone calls✅ Providing freight and delivery updates to customers✅ Scheduling deliveries and confirming destinations✅ Generating customer reports and maintaining documentation✅ Obtaining and distributing Proofs of Delivery (PODs)✅ Assisting billing, accounting, and warehouse support teams✅ Managing office supplies and mail distribution✅ Supporting employee programs and office communication
