About the role

We are seeking a Project Leader / Product Manager to support an Operations Technology Solutions team developing internal digital and software products focused on operations, compliance, and restoration. This role will manage the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through development, deployment, user feedback, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear product requirements and actionable delivery plans.
Responsibilities: Lead product discovery, ideation, and requirements-gathering activities. Develop and maintain product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs. Partner with developers, vendors, business users, and cross-functional teams. Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and priorities. Coordinate product development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements. Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements. Support data governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Track priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product management, project leadership, or a related technology-focused role. Experience supporting digital or software products through the full product lifecycle. Strong knowledge of product strategy, roadmaps, backlog management, and product discovery. Experience managing stakeholders and vendors across multiple departments. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with IT, digital products, software development, SDLC, data governance, compliance, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
