About the role
Swickard Auto Group is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to serve as the primary in-house counsel for a high-growth, multi-state employer. You will advise HR and operations across California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Hawaii and beyond from our Las Vegas hub.
You will handle policy development, leaves and accommodations, wage/hour compliance, investigations, and litigation management while partnering with senior leadership to shape employment practices across 3,000+ employees.
