Senior Client Partner - Mfg., Auto, Logistics Location: Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI, Atlanta, GA, Ohio Full Time Join our team as a Senior Client Partner and bring your deep expertise across Logistics, Manufacturing, and Automotive to help shape strategic client relationships, deliver AI-first solutions, and drive sustainable business growth. As a Senior Client Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives across leading Logistics, Manufacturing, and Automotive organizations, helping them align AI, Data, and Digital Transformation initiatives with business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and growing key accounts, driving measurable outcomes in areas such as operational efficiency, customer experience, supply chain optimization, and revenue growth. We are seeking a Senior Client Partner with a proven track record of client engagement, revenue ownership, account farming, and solution leadership across Logistics, Manufacturing, and Automotive. Strong technical fluency in Data and AI, combined with domain expertise, is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Growth:Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders at Logistics, Manufacturing, and Automotive organizations. Own revenue, profitability, and growth targets for one or more accounts across these verticals. Demonstrated farming experience; proven ability to expand existing accounts through cross sell/upsell, deepen executive relationships, and grow wallet share over time. Knowledge of logistics operations and LTL reporting, manufacturing/production modernization trends, and automotive industry dynamics is a plus. Lead account planning, mining, and farming to expand client engagements. Act as a trusted strategic partner by aligning client business strategies with AI/Data/Analytics driven solutions. Collaborate with Data Analytics, Engineering, and Presales teams to define and deliver tailored AI/ML and data solutions. Partner with GTM and Delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and SLA adherence. Serve as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely resolution. Support new business development through proposals, SOWs, and executive presentations. Work with Marketing teams to develop vertical-specific value propositions and thought leadership for Logistics, Manufacturing, and Automotive. Experience & Expertise:8–12 years in client-facing roles such as Account Management OR Consulting. Demonstrated farming experience — growing and expanding existing accounts, not just net-new hunting. Demonstrated experience working with or selling to Logistics, Manufacturing, and/or Automotive clients (required).Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, and analytics solutions. Proven ability to manage accounts or portfolios of $8M+ (preferred).Track record of delivering outcomes that bridge business and technology within Logistics, Manufacturing, and Automotive. Technical Fluency:Ability to position AI-driven solutions such as demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, supply chain/inventory optimization, customer engagement analytics, and pricing strategies. Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Informatica, MDM).Comfortable collaborating with technical teams to translate business challenges into AI/ML and Data-driven solutions Soft Skills:Executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust with C-suite stakeholders. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
