About the role

To support services for the intellectually and developmentally disabled community, the remote Program Director - PA Licensed will oversee daily operations for Innovations Waiver and State-Funded Services, ensuring quality care and compliance while managing a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team including Assistant Program Directors and Qualified Professionals Conduct staff disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with Medicaid documentation requirements Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols while overseeing administrative functions such as billing and employee training coordination
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of management experience in the IDD field Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a diverse team Deep understanding of Medicaid regulations and third-party billing Passion for serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Must be flexible, organized, and aligned with the organization's values and mission
