Role: NOC Manager
Location: San Diego, CA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule following an initial onsite onboarding period. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite Monday-Friday during their first 90 days, with a hybrid schedule available thereafter.
Compensation: $135,000-$175,600 base salary Ledgent Technology has partnered with a local employer on their search for a NOC Manager. This is a leadership opportunity for an operations-focused technology professional who can build high-performing teams, improve operational processes, and drive modernization efforts across a mission-critical environment.
Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of operations professionals Oversee monitoring, incident management, escalation, and service delivery activities Drive improvements in operational efficiency, visibility, and performance Implement best practices around monitoring, alerting, and service operations Develop metrics, reporting, and operational dashboards Partner with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders Support capacity planning, operational readiness, and risk mitigation efforts Establish procedures, standards, and documentation for operational excellence Manage vendor relationships and service delivery expectations Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
