About the role

Immediately hiring a Sales Support Coordinator for a national luxury brand! This role would be 3-6 months in length and possibly extend.
Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end order management process, from pre-order through delivery, while delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients. Serve as a key point of contact, managing communications across internal departments and with clients to ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, and overall customer satisfaction. Maintain and track order reporting data, providing visibility into order status, fulfillment, and performance. Support Showroom Sales Consultants throughout the sales process by preparing quotes, entering orders, coordinating sample requests, and processing and collecting payments. Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants, Client Services, and Technical Support to identify and resolve client issues efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Two years of experience working in administration, marketing, operations or sales supportA high level of personal judgement and integrity Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables) and Word Experience using a CRM system Strong work ethic and independent problem solving skills
