ISR Operations And Exercise Planner/SmeSabg is hiring an isr operations and exercise planner (sme) to support the sew ii contract with the hq combat forces command (cfc). Clearance: an active top secret clearance with sci eligibility is required location: colorado springs, colorado essential duties and responsibilities: reasonable accommodation may be made to enable operations (io) officeparticipate during exercise execution by providing oversight, management, and control of hq spoc units and space events for exercisesattend planning conferences, plan operations, exercises/training events involving ussf organizations by gathering information, coordinating with other key players (internal/external), and integrating their inputsidentify/develop space-related scenario requirements and events to meet participating ussf unit training objectivesdesign/develop exercise materials including objectives, scenarios, road-to-war, organizational structure and campaign planssupport the ussf units involved in exercises and enabling ijsto interactions with other sto offices and agencies participating in the exerciseprovide response and staff packages to higher headquarters (hhq)-directed review and approval (rap) actionsprovide response and staff packages to higher headquarters (hhq)-directed evaluation request messages (ereqm) or ussf evaluation response message (eresm)research and provide technical intelligence, develop intelligence related products, identify adversary capabilities current, future and emergentinterface with the intelligence community to acquire specialized intelligence products that will inform key senior leadership decision making requirementscreate presentations at multiple security levels and assist in the development and presentation of decision briefs at senior leader forumsenable operational units to accomplish their missions by facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and coordinating necessary hq-level support.supervision: this position will not have supervisory responsibilities. minimum qualifications: capable of comprehending personnel space management and interior design to support stakeholder requirements. has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems. advanced level working knowledge, skills, and abilities using microsoft office and adobe software suites is required. to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. the requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. education and experience:bachelor of science or related discipline is recommended6+ years intelligence and ew experience including 3+ years with any military hq staff operating in support of current/future ew mission areasexperience working in classified (sap/sar) space environmentexperience operating and/or supporting military space intelligence capabilities such as intelligence analysis, information operations, targeting and sIGINT, ew or ow planningexperience with joint operations planning and developing/coordinating tasking orders, concept of operations, special instructions, deployment orders, execution orders, etc.capable of providing technical and management leadership on major tasks, establishing goals and developing plans that meet project objectives.proven ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, handle client negotiations, and manage activates to ensure technical requirements are met.computer skills: familiarity with government electronic staffing and task management systems (such as the task management tool (tmt)). must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (ms office: word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) proficiency in operating secure and unsecure video teleconferencing (vtc) systems and virtual meeting software (such as ms teams).language skills: ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. mathematical skills: ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. reasoning ability: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. ability to
