About the role

Event Services Group (ESG) is seeking a Director of Technical Design & Development to lead the team responsible for the technical design and development of custom elements and environments for live events, activations, and trade shows. You will translate creative concepts into executable build plans and cost estimates across our integrated fabrication facility. This senior role bridges design concepts with production, establishing standards, processes, and pricing strategies.
