to communicate information regarding school and/or district functions; and to ensure compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements of assigned functions.Key Responsibilities:Perform secretarial functions (i.e. typing, filing, recordkeeping, etc) for the purpose of assisting school administrator and assigned personnelRespond to inquiries (students, parents, teachers, district personnel, general public, etc) to communicate procedures, information and/or direction and/or to evaluate situations to take appropriate action according to established guidelinesCompile data from a variety of sources (i.e. timesheets, requisitions, student enrollment, student attendance, cash deposits, etc) and prepare reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial, legal and/or administrative requirementsCompose documents and/or written materials (i.e. correspondence, newsletters, memos, minutes, etc) to communicate and convey information to students, parents, teachers, etcProcess and/or prepare documents and materials (i.e. PARFs, requisitions, timesheets, transcripts, incoming/outgoing mail, etc) to disseminate information in compliance with district, state and/or federal regulationsSchedule and coordinate activities (i.e. appointments, meetings, calendars, etc) for assigned personnelSecure substitute personnel, as needed, to ensure staffing requirements are met for the efficient operation of site activitiesEstablish and maintain accurate site files and records in accordance with district, state and/or federal regulationsMaintain and order supplies and materials ensuring availability;
