About the role

Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital in Lebanon, OR is seeking a Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab professional to provide comprehensive care for patients with heart and lung conditions. You will design exercise prescriptions, monitor physiologic responses during sessions, and deliver health education in a collaborative team setting. Qualifications include a BS in Exercise Physiology, BLS on hire, ACLS within 90 days, and ACSM-CEP preferred.
