Junior IT Asset Management Coordinator Role Location(s): Onshore, Client Office: Charlotte, NC; Purchase, NYUnit: IT Finance/IT Insurance/ & Procurement
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Looking for Junior IT Asset Management Coordinator in Charlotte, NC & Purchase, NY. Need local candidates only. It’s hybrid; 3 days a week work from the office is a must.
Job Description: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.1–2 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Procurement, Software Licensing, IT Operations, Inventory Management, Procurement Operations, or a related function. Experience supporting IT/software procurement, purchasing, vendor coordination, or contract-related activities. Familiarity with software licenses, renewals, contracts, IT assets, inventory, or asset lifecycle processes. Experience using ITSM platforms, ticketing systems, procurement systems, or workflow management tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to maintain accurate records and support reporting activities. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Qualification: Experience coordinating annual software renewals or software licensing activities. Experience tracking contract expiration dates, purchase orders, or vendor information. Experience maintaining software license, IT asset, procurement, or contract records. Exposure to IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Experience with enterprise procurement, contract management, asset management, or ITSM platforms. Experience supporting inventory reconciliation, reporting, process improvement, or operational projects.
