Pay Caregivers (PCA):$16.00 – $18.00 per hour Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):$17.00 – $20.00 per hour Weekend differential on top of your base rate Paid travel time between clients Weekly pay by direct deposit Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Dental and vision insurance Health insurance after one year of employment 24/7 on-call nurse support$300 referral bonus for every caregiver you bring to our team Free, paid quarterly continuing-education classesCNA employment verification provided Your schedule, your way Full-time and part-time positions with up to 40 hours per week. Choose from days, afternoons, overnights, and weekends. Shifts ranging from 4, 6, 8, 10, to 12-hour shifts. Interview and start working in the same week.
What you'll do: Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Help with meals, light housekeeping, and essential home management Provide transportation to appointments and errands Offer companionship and support for each client's physical and emotional comfort Steady work you can count on For 50 years, families across New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties have counted on Eldercare at Home, and we count on our caregivers.
