We are hiring a driven trainee to join our Irvine, California team. You'll handle the logistics in the warehouse and head out into the field to master the art of high end window treatments installation.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing project inventory list for each project Pre-mount and inspect project components in warehouse Lay out required tools for each project Electrical wiring of automated window treatment systems (AC and DC)
What you'll do:
(the training path)Warehouse Ops: Learn inventory management, quality control, and how to prep high-end products for the field. The Craft: Work side-by-side with senior techs to learn the precision installation of custom shades, blinds, and motorized systems. Client Interaction: Represent the brand in some of OC's coolest residential homes and commercial spaces.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Excellent customer service skills Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check Must have a valid state driver's license
